On March 5th I had the opportunity to visit two art museums while in Baltimore. The first was the American Visionary Art Museum. This was my favorite museum because all the art was completely different from what one would see in a regular art museum. For example, the favorite exhibit was "The Kings Mouth" by artist Wayne Coyne. This exhibit was different because people were aloud to climb inside the exhibit itself to view it. After, I went to visit the Baltimore Museum of Art. This museum was the complete opposite of the American Visionary Museum. My favorite exhibit there had to be the waterfall beads hanging down in front of one of the rooms. Its amazing that even plastic beads can be used as a form of art. Overall the trip was amazing, I would love to go back again and spend even more time looking at all the artwork.
